📨 Return & Withdrawal

Want to return an item? No problem – here’s how it works:

🔁 Simple Returns
If you're not satisfied with your order or want to withdraw from the purchase, you have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

You do not need to contact us beforehand. Just include the invoice and the completed withdrawal form (see Right of Withdrawal) in the return package.

📦 How to return your order:

• Pack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging.

• Make sure the item is unused – especially with no signs of assembly or wear.

• Include the invoice and the completed withdrawal form in the parcel.

• Send the package at your own expense to the following address:

⏱ Processing & Refund
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item. Processing usually takes 2–4 business days.
The refund will then be issued via the same payment method you used for your order.

⚠️ Please note:
Returns without original packaging or with signs of use (e.g. assembled items) cannot be refunded.
Return shipping costs must be paid by you. We do not provide return labels.
