Within the EU, a surcharge of €15 is applied for parcel shipments to islands.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 1–3 days; for deliveries within the EU within 2–7 days; for deliveries within Europe outside the EU within 3–15 days after conclusion of the contract; and for worldwide shipping the usual transit times are approx. 20–40 days (for advance payment, after we receive your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
